Q.CAN POLISHED CONCRETE BE USED OVER UNDERFLOOR HEATING?

A: Yes, as long as the concrete is thick enough & given sufficient time to cure on it's own, without the heating on.

Q: DO YOU INSTALL THE CONCRETE FLOORING YOURSELF?

A: Decocrete does not install the concrete flooring, but we are work with many installers and are happy to provide their contact details. 

Q: AT WHAT STAGE DO YOU START WITH THE POLISHING WORK?

A: NEW BUILDS - We prefer to begin the polishing process as early as possible in the building stage. We have more room to move, can get closer to the edges, & provide the customer with a better finish when the walls and other construction features have not been installed.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

A: This is completely dependent on the size of the job, the state of the concrete and the layout of the floor. Typical residential applications can be completed inside 3-4 days.
